We have 3 main shipping options:
1.  Discount -  This discount method is available for web orders only.  We will choose to ship your package by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  If you are unable to receive packages by both of these at your address, then please pick one of the specific methods below.  Discount shipping is $7.95 for orders up to $50, $6.95 for orders between $50 and $100, and $5.95 for orders between $100 and $400.  Orders over $400 receive free discount shipping.
2. UPS Ground -If you pick this method, it guarantees your package will be shipped using UPS Ground the same day the order is placed (if submitted before 3pm eastern time Mon-Fri (Mon-Thurs. in summer).  Shipping time is from 1 to 7 days (see UPS zone map below)  UPS Ground is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories. 
3. US Postal Service / Priority Mail -This method is required for P.O. Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.  It is also a cheaper option for orders under 1 pound.  These packages ship within one business day.  Priority Mail usually takes 2 days in lower 48 states and 3 days for other areas.
 
Important information about our shipping
United Parcel Service ( UPS ) Shipping Zones. 
UPS is a private company and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. 
All packages ship from our location in Cutchogue, NY.
Please use this Zone Map to see how long your package will take.  Number of days on map does not include weekends or holidays.  For example, if you are in a 5-day zone, and you order on a Monday, your package will be delivered the next Monday. 
UPS transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.  You must allow extra time for weekends and holidays. 
 
Please note that our basic UPS shipping rates DO NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  If you choose standard shipping, we will contact you with the actual shipping charge and you may approve the charge, cancel the order, or choose postal shipping.  

It is not necessary to select UPS AIR Shipping unless you are certain that it will reduce the number of shipping days or you require a morning delivery time (Next Day Air guaranteed by 10:30am).  We cannot refund charges for incorrect shipping selections.    There are no refunds on shipping charges unless UPS fails to deliver on time.  Choosing Air shipping will not speed up processing of your order because we guarantee same day shipment of all orders regardless of whether they are going by Ground or Air. 

*UPS on time delivery guarantee refunds your shipping charge if the package is late.  Currently over 99% of ground packages are  delivered on time.   
  
 UPS PACKAGE TRACKING  

You will receive an e-mail message containing your UPS tracking number and guaranteed delivery date the night we ship the package out.   
If you do not receive a tracking notice, please check your junk mail box and be sure to set your SPAM FILTER to allow messages from UPS.com.  
If you made your order after 3 pm (eastern) on a weekday, it will not ship out until the next business day (see UPS schedule above).

You will need your tracking number.  


Priority Mail Shipping Schedule 
Priority Mail shipping takes 2 days (3 days for Alaska and Hawaii, 3-4 days for Puerto Rico).  Priority Mail packages usually ship the next business day after we process the order. 
Keep in mind that from June to September, we are closed on Fridays.  You will receive a tracking number for your package by e-mail.
